Avocado (Produce of Uganda)

Avocado is a tropical ever green fruit tree found in most home gardens in Uganda. “Ova” as locally known in the central Uganda, the tree is organically produced given the optimal weather conditions and fertile soils.

Avocado is rich in potassium that's good for high blood pressure. It also has plenty of healthy fats that help with fighting cravings and supporting weight loss."
